The importance of having a marketing plan / strategy.

Why would anyone NOT have a plan… you wouldn’t get into your car and think “let’s see where this takes us”, so why would you risk that strategy with your own business.

I know businesses who want to be successful don’t make a conscious decision to NOT have a plan. The truth is the day to day running of the business and everything that goes along with it just means that marketing planning goes by the way side until… well until something starts to go wrong… that competitor you’ve forgotten to keep an eye on suddenly steals your market.
